Now that I have 5 workshops "under my belt", so to speak, I've been noticing things...
During the workshop, the enthusiasm, work and commitment to continue is at an all-time high. Then, you go back to working IN your business. And I'm starting to get requests for follow-up workshops -- I don't know whether it's to be a more advanced workshop, or simply reminders... or even finishing up tasks.
So, I'm going to start (next week) with follow-up messages. This will give a little direction for your remodel time - as related to our BEFORE unit. I'm thinking of incorporating some of David Allen's Getting Things Done suggestions for formatting...
- Next Step Action -- this will take you 2 minutes.
- Strategy to Incubate -- this will be something for you to think about and allow to incubate -- it will give you an idea that will require a decision about some strategy that I'll be addressing the following week.
- Project -- this will require 50-minutes of focused effort.
Not all of the messages will be relevant to you and your business. Please just take it as my effort to help you succeed with the materials and technologies we presented during the workshop.
